My dentist told me that I needed some kind of guard to stop me from grinding my teeth at night. My mother said that we couldn’t afford to buy the ones from the dentist so she went online and found these. They are really cheap but they work pretty good. I haven’t been grinding my teeth anymore and I feel a bit more relaxed wearing them now. I haven’t tried any other brands, yet, but I wouldn’t expect the others to do any better than these. I did have to have my dad trim them down some so that they fit right, but that wasn’t too hard to do either.
I have been using dental guards for years and when my husband was laid off and we lost our insurance, I had to figure out a way of reducing some of our monthly costs. These guards seemed to be the lowest in price that I could find, so I gave them a try.
