I have finally become fed up with paying the dentist hundreds of dollars to have a molded piece of plastic fit in my mouth. You would think that they could do this a lot cheaper. I decided to give these a try and was surprised at just how easy, and cheap, the whole experience was. I will admit that it took me about three tries before getting the perfect fit, but now I have no issues at all. They fit well and the little tab is great when you are trying to get them molded to your own teeth. My dentist should be ashamed at how much me charges me for the same thing.
My husband and I both have had issues with grinding our teeth while sleeping, and we decided to try these over the expensive dental ones. So far, I have had no issues with them, although my husband didn’t find them comfortable at all. He said that the ends of the guard dug into the back of his jaw, so he is trying a different kind. They fit very well in my mouth and I didn’t have any issues with molding them to my teeth. My husband burnt his tongue with the water, which is probably why he didn’t care for them very much to begin with.
